Service With A Smile – Customer Service Training

Employers are invited to get their business “Service With A Smile” certified by having their organization participate in training in customer service excellence and workplace conflict resolution. Staff will learn the importance of great customer service and the keys to develop essential customer loyalty.

Businesses that enroll 80% of staff in this short-term training will receive certification.

A session for the Restaurant Service Industry is scheduled for March 22 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Harbour Learning Centre, 5012 Gonzales Road in Madeira Park.

In-House training can also be arranged at your place of business.
